Analytics Don’t Lie
I’ve lived in analytics and business intelligence since we started in e-commerce. Understanding where we’re at today is imperative to determine how to move forward into the future.
Hockey Stick Growth
Is dangerous for small businesses. Growing at this rate, while exciting, can make it hard to keep the wheels on your business. While your revenue grows at this rate, the holes in your bucket leak money even faster. We’ll help you plug the holes.
Seasonality Sucks
As you can see, this business was highly seasonal, with almost half the revenue occurring during a three month time period. Most businesses have some level of seasonality. I’ll help you navigate it.
HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
LEARN
First we’ll meet to learn all of your pain points, areas of focus, and the goals you think I can help you accomplish.
Next, I’ll fully engross myself in your business and industry and learn how everything works, keeping your goals in sight. Only after I have a comprehensive view of the organization can I create a strategy to accomplish your goals.
DESIGN
The Evaluation & Path Forward begins with your goals and works backwards through all of the impacted areas of your business to create a holistic strategy to meet your objectives, with data being the underlying foundation of every decision to ensure our efforts are traceable and quantifiable.
IMPLEMENT
Once you’ve approved our Evaluation & Path Forward, I’ll build a Project Plan & Delivery.
Upon approval of the Project Plan & Delivery, I’ll begin and work with you and your team to complete the project with a timeline that fits your needs.
MEASURE & REFINE
When implementation is complete, it’s time to analyze the data through Business Intelligence, and set up the systems to ensure continued success in the future. We’ll measure the results of our efforts and refine to keep improving. This is just the beginning.

“The hippocratic oath of websites: First Do No Harm”
Matt Reed | Founder
WHY ME?
I started working in technology in 1999 during the end of the dot-com boom with a focus on network administration and IT management. In 2008 my interest in web strategy and pay-per-click advertising was piqued when I took over management of the website and PPC campaigns at the software company where I worked.
Later in 2008 I started my first e-commerce company, finding creative ways to make it rank for the search terms I thought relevant. I had almost no budget, so paid advertising had to be laser focused on converting keywords. Landing pages had to be optimized to sell, otherwise I’d run out of money. Organic traffic was key, but as I learned, without a solid strategy, can be a painful slog with limited immediate return. Long-term, however, organic traffic would prove to be our major source of sales. We were so successful in generating traffic, it far exceeded our ability to produce products!
After running my own e-commerce company for over 10 years, employing over 50 people, and being taken places I never imagined, I’m now bringing my expertise to other companies who are looking for creative ways to increase sales through their digital presence. And I’m not just some web consulting firm — I understand business — I know how to grow the value of your digital presence while bringing cohesion to the rest of your operations.
Oh yeah, since some of you seem to care, I was on Shark Tank Season 6:
