Having reached maximum capacity identifying and implementing growth opportunities for a wide-range of clients, this one-person agency is looking to bring on its first team member to deliver value to even more customers and build the agency of our dreams.

Job Summary:
Manage and deliver digital marketing services, including:
Overall digital strategy
Digital advertising (Social prospecting/remarketing, SEM, Google PPC, Display, etc.)
Email marketing (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, SendGrid, Omniconvert)
Site/Conversion optimization (Google Optimize, Optimizely)
Develop thorough reporting for key metrics (Google Analytics, Matomo)
Affiliate/Influencer marketing
Website services (CRO, SEO, etc.)
Collaborate with internal and external teams to strategize, plan, and execute digital marketing strategies
Benchmark, measure, and report on business performance
Select and manage external resources to fit client needs (Graphic designers, advertising agencies)
Conduct deep market research in search and PPC to influence strategy
Onboard new clients, develop initial strategy collaboratively with founder
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients
Design and implement processes that optimize the client experience throughout MAGNIFY
Manage clients with particular focus on relationship building, planning, coaching, and execution
Become the expert our clients rely on for digital best practices, industry trends, and new technology
Aid founder in business development, process improvement, and overall company growth
Requirements:
2-4 years of professional experience in a related field
A track record of continuous improvement
A strong work ethic and internal drive to succeed
An entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Resourcefulness and creative problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and objectives
Experience working with internal and external teams in a variety of environments
