Ecommerce growth, from search results to shipping dock.
I'm Matt Reed. I help ecommerce and growth-stage companies that have a small marketing team, but nobody like me. SEO, digital marketing, and the operational systems behind them, including AI automation built on Claude.

Two ways I help
SEO & Digital Marketing
You're not selling enough online, your site doesn't get enough visitors, or the ones who show up don't convert. I find out why, build the strategy, and execute it across search, content, email, paid, and conversion optimization, all measured against revenue, not vanity metrics.
How I approach growth→Operations, Systems & AI
Growth breaks things. The spreadsheet that worked at $2M doesn't work at $8M, the apps stop talking to each other, and your team starts doing manual work just to keep orders moving. I plan, select, and migrate the systems underneath your business: ERP, inventory, accounting, and fulfillment. And increasingly, I automate them with AI.
How I fix the back of house→I work with a small number of companies at a time, mostly ecommerce brands doing seven to eight figures, plus the occasional service business with the same shape of problem. The pattern that fits: you have a marketing person or a small team, they're good, and they're underwater, because nobody on staff has run this playbook before.
If that number works for your business, we should talk. If it doesn't yet, I'd rather tell you what to do on your own than sell you something you don't need.
How we work together
I immerse myself in your business until I understand how everything actually works, not how the org chart says it works.
There's always more to fix than time to fix it. I sort what matters first, what can wait, and what's just a distraction.
I work alongside your team to execute. And I mean execute. I'm not a deck-and-disappear consultant.
We track what happened, keep what worked, and fix what didn't. Then we go again.

I spent a decade founding and running my own ecommerce company: fifty employees, national press, a Shark Tank appearance, every operational fire you can imagine, and the kind of mistakes you only make once. I've sat in your chair.
